Dear members,

APFA would like to encourage all its Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane members to tune in to Today Tonight on Channel 7, Thursday evening at 6.30pm.

Today Tonight are running a story about unsafe practices in nail bars and salons, as a followup to a smiliar story they ran two years ago. The purpose of the story is to encourage clients to make better choices with regards to where they get their nail and pedicure services, and things they should watch out for.

It will also help encourage salon owners and technicians to focus on their hygeine standards, discourage the use illegal and dangerous chemicals and tools and make staff/client health and safety a priority.

Assuming Today Tonight don't alter their schedule this story is set to run on Thursday 1st July.
